Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:

  • In their original condition with tags attached
  • Unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging

Please note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on Hats & Headwear, Sunglasses & Readers, and Sleepwear unless they are defective or incorrect items.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your return/exchange request using the template below.
  2. We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package your items securely, include the RMA number on the package, and ship to our return address.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days after we receive it):

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the return

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement.
