We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to meet your needs:

    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Best for when you need your items faster
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Great for budget-conscious shoppers who don’t mind waiting a bit longer

Note: We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, please contact us before ordering.

Returns & Exchanges

We want every member of your family to love their One Family Clothing items. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In their original condition with tags attached
  • Unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging

Important: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items unless they are defective or incorrect:

  • Hats & Headwear
  • Sunglasses & Readers
  • Sleepwear

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your return/exchange request using the template below.
  2. We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package your items securely, include the RMA number on the package, and ship to our return address:

  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days):

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the return

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
