6. Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:

• Items must be in original condition with tags attached
• Items must be unwashed and unworn
• Original packaging must be included

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Hats & Headwear
• Sunglasses & Readers
• Sleepwear

Unless these items are defective or incorrect.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
